It sure was difficult and at times dangerous work traveling the world visiting restaurants and bars all in the name of 'cocktail research', but the team at Soul were happy to make the sacrifice in order to free the spirit!
We certainly don't try and fool anyone with fancy sweeteners, or apple bases, we use pure cane sugar, along with just the right balance of natural flavours and fruit concentrates to create our lovingly crafted thirst quenchers, using blends that are just a bit different from the norm.
